Field Trips and Group Tours at ACRM
Real-world learning opportunities are a cornerstone of our museum’s mission, and we’re happy to offer staff-guided interactive learning experiences for groups of all ages, all year round.
in person Field Trips
In-Person Field Trips are available on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays between 9:30am and 4pm, and are limited to 35 participants (including chaperones).
During your Field Trip, our trained staff will lead your group through 4,000 years of Information Age technology, followed by an interactive Scavenger Hunt.
In-Person Field Trips last from 60 to 90 minutes - leaving plenty of time for you to enjoy other Bozeman activities that same day. The cost is $5 per participant (including chaperones).

virtual field trips
Virtual Field Trips can be scheduled for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 8:30am and 12:30pm, with no participant limit.
Choose a curriculum area: Benchmarks of the Information Age, The Space Race, or Rise of the Robots. Pre-visit classroom resources will be provided in advance.
Virtual Tours can be enjoyed in about 45 minutes - perfect for one class session! - and are offered for a flat rate of $95. Simply log into your preferred online teaching platform, and invite us to join.

business tours and team building
Hold your next team-building session or office happy hour at the museum!
Your group will get a personalized introduction to our collection and enjoy exclusive access to the museum for learning, exploring, and mingling.
Business Tours can be scheduled for any day of the week outside of normal museum hours, and are available at no cost to our Business Sponsors and Underwriters. Light refreshments can be provided, if arranged in advance.
